History
DAEWON CHEMICAL CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the manufacturing of PU leathers. The company operates in three segments: wallpaper, synthetic leather and refining. Its wallpaper segment is engaged in manufacturing fire retardant wallpapers, silk wallpapers, charcoal wallpapers, cleaning wallpapers and others used as interior finishing materials under the brand name DID, 4U and others. Its PU Leather segment is engaged in the manufacturing of PU leathers used for automotive, shoes, balls, gloves and clothing, etc. Its refinery segment refines dimethyl formamide (DMF) waste in the PU leather manufacturing process.
